At the end of November 2009, Dessault Sub changed hands: the Dessault family sold their interest to three of their close collaborators: Cedric Gorce, Stephane Maillaut and Denis Evezard.

Hugues Dessault and Bernard Salvatori will continue to bring input into the company, trial product and continue to spearfish with H.Dessault equipments.

The three mousquetaires now head the new company called Blue Water Concept. H.Dessault keeps on !
